Easy German Pancake Recipe

Happy Sunday & November 1st! Sooo last night my little baby kept me up with Tae Kwon Do moves in my belly, and for some odd reason I had ideas going through my mind a million miles an hour! One of them being making German Pancakes for breakfast, among other things (like a new color scheme for my room lol). Anyway, I found this awesome quick & easy AND delicious recipe and thought I would share it all with you. ENJOY! 


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

(PS. Its just my husband and I, so I made half the recipe!)


  1. Preheat your oven at 400º F.
  2. In a large bowl using a mixer blend the eggs, the flour, the milk and salt together. Make sure you mix all ingredients well until the mixture is foamy and smooth.
  3. Melt the three tablespoon of butter and spread it evenly on a 9" x 13" baking pan. The pan needs to be at least 2 inches tall since the pancakes are going to rise quite a bit. Pour the mixture into the pan slowly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes on a preheated 400º F hot oven.
  5. Enjoy!


Do NOT open the oven during the cooking time...This will cause your pancakes to be flat and they won't be so good that way.
